By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read through these terms carefully before placing your order.


Please check the delivery address details to make sure they are correct prior to placing an order as this is the address that the order will send out to.  NO PO BOXES PLEASE! If you do use a POB and for any reason the item is rejected by the PO BOX, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge to resend the order to a new, physical street address. Once an order is placed, the Shipping Address can not be changed due to all packaging and shipping being performed by a third party Fulfillment Center. If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address details, or wrong address, PO BOX, etc., we will resend the order and an extra handling fee and shipping fee will apply.



Please read the Return Policy in full before emailing Customer Service.  To receive a refund you must follow the guidelines outlined below.

All 12 Days of Beauty, End Of Year Sale, January Flash Sale, all Makeup Kits, and Buy One Get One Free purchases are final.  No returns or exchanges are permitted.

  1. You MUST obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from in order to return your product(s).  The request for an RMA number must be made within fifteen (15) days of the original delivery date.  To obtain an RMA number, please email with your order information and description of the issue, along with a statement that your product(s) are UNOPENED and that your return complies with this Return Policy.  We CANNOT take back any USED or TESTED product(s).
  2. Place the RMA# on the outside of the package and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address provided to you by Customer Service.  Without the return number we CANNOT issue a refund.
  3. You must obtain a Tracking Confirmation Number from the Post Office and provide it to Customer Service at the time you ship the package back.  Without providing us with a Tracking Number, we CANNOT guarantee the return, or issue a refund.
  4. All qualified returns must be UNUSED and UNTESTED in order to receive a refund.  Any product that does not arrive back to our Fulfillment Center in NEW CONDITION, will be returned to you, at your expense.
  5. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and completed a full inspection of the product(s) to ensure that it meets all of the requirements as outlined in this Return Policy, we will issue you a credit in the same manner as your original payment, however, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. (see below for shipping and restocking costs)


*The authorized return must be packed in the original shipping box along with all of the original packaging materials and must be received by our fulfillment center in the same manner in which it was received with no broken pieces or parts (it must be in NEW CONDITION).

 ** We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the product is defective.  You understand and agree that some orders could take up to 90 days to ship. However, if the product is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee (of product at full price) plus original Shipping & Handling charges (if applicable), plus any and all actual costs incurred by us.  This fee will be taken out of the refund issued, if any.
